COURSE DESCRIPTION
This 2-part Microsoft Project class is designed to introduce the learner
to the fundamental concepts of project management. You will organize,
schedule, manage and report on every aspect of your project. Also,
understanding tasks, resources and costs to balance the interactions
among these items.
Pre-requisite: Windows or equivalent experience. Project Management
experience and familiarity with terms such as Gantt chart, task
organization, critical path, and resource management is helpful but not
necessary.
