SharePoint Power User

This accelerated half-day course is designed for the "Power User" who has been assigned sufficient permissions to a SharePoint site and needs to learn how to navigate and add content to the site. This course assumes familiarity with computers and experience using Windows and the Internet.

SharePoint Basics

This one-day introductory course to SharePoint covers the terminology, navigation, and main concepts behind the lists and libraries of a typical SharePoint site. Document libraries are a primary focal point in how to upload, check out, and manage versions of shared files.

SharePoint Advanced

This two-day advanced course teaches SharePoint site customization to meet the specific needs of your users. Students will learn how to add components to a site, apply site themes, and change site navigation options as well as how to edit pages, manage Web Parts, and modify settings.

Microsoft (Office) 365

Microsoft (Office) 365 is a Microsoft cloud solution where you can use various software tools in a web-based environment. Concepts are taught during this session for the learner to understand the differences on using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in a web-based format.

IBM Notes Advanced

This Advanced level course will teach you how to use IBM Notes (formerly known as Lotus Notes) to manage documents in various types of databases. You will learn to create, edit and save documents in a database where other Notes users can read, respond to, edit and print them.

Acrobat Basics

Acrobat Basics teaches you how to use full version Adobe Acrobat to create PDF documents from within Acrobat as well as other programs. Combining PDF files, modifying PDF contents, and applying password security is covered.
